Collection: Oil Separator For Air Compressor

The oil separator separates the oil-gas mixture compressed from the main engine. It is a key component that determines the quality of the compressed air of the air compressor. The compressed air coming out of the compressor head carries oil droplets of various sizes. Large oil droplets are easy to separate when passing through the oil and gas separation tank, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles with a diameter of less than 1um) must be coalesced and separated through the micron glass fiber filter material layer of the oil and gas separation filter element. The particles are directly intercepted by the filter material through the diffusion effect of the filter material and the inertial collision and coalescence mechanism make the suspended oil particles in the compressed air quickly condense into large oil droplets. Under the action of gravity, the oil gathers at the bottom of the oil separator core and passes through the bottom. The recessed oil return pipe inlet returns to the machine head lubricating oil system, allowing the compressor to discharge purer, oil-free compressed air.
